Articles 84 and 85: half a month's wage for each of the first five years, and a full month's wage for each year after. Resignation: nothing before two years, one third up to 5 years, two thirds up to 10, full after. The result is an estimate.
GOSI is calculated on the basic salary + Housing capped at 45,000. The 9.75% rate applies to Saudis registered before July 2024; new subscribers after that pay a higher rate that increases gradually each year — check with GOSI.
Article 111: the worker is entitled to pay for leave days not taken when the employment relationship ends. Leave is 21 days, becoming 30 after 5 years.
